By accessing or using What’s for Dinner?, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

What’s for Dinner? is a digital meal planning service that provides personalized dinner ideas, recipes, and ingredient suggestions based on user preferences.

The service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all ingredients, recipes, and meal suggestions to ensure they meet your personal health needs, allergies, dietary restrictions, and household requirements.

Always verify ingredient labels and product details before purchasing or consuming food.

Billing, Trials, and Subscriptions

What’s for Dinner? is offered as a subscription-based service.

When you sign up, you may begin with a free 7-day trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged $19 per month, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation will stop all future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already processed.

Subscription access and daily meal plans will continue through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of this service, all payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

No Guarantees

Meal plans and recommendations are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, preferences, availability of ingredients, or results from using the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, meal plans, recipes, and materials provided through What’s for Dinner? are owned by What’s for Dinner? and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What’s for Dinner? shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
